Can I set up my company in Spain from Morocco, without travelling?
Yes. Everything is done remotely via a power of attorney (POA) signed in Morocco: we handle the NIE, the articles of association, the notarial deed and the registration for you.
What is the minimum share capital of an SL?
The minimum share capital of an SL is €3,000. It does not need to be paid in before opening the company bank account, and the capital may be 100% foreign.
What does the €1,999 Creation Pack include?
Company incorporation (SL), NIE obtainment, full legal formalities and administrative support. 2026 launch offer, instead of €2,999.
Can I pay in dirhams?
Yes, payment is possible in euros or dirhams. Some currency-exchange fees may apply.
